Age-old and evidence-based.

Qigong (qi “chi”=energy; gong=practice) has been shown to improve various areas, including cognition, mood, sleep, alignment, posture, and strength. This low-demand, high-reward activity is a phenomenal way to foster restoration, grounding, and inner strength in groups of people.

Qigong is similar to its sibling, Tai Chi. One thing (among many) that I love about it is how easily it can be broken down into simple steps.

Your workshop will be customized to your setting’s needs.

Core components typically include:

  • Powerfully simple mindfulness through qigong movements

  • Accessible meditation approaches for life rhythm integration

  • Uncomplicated, impactful techniques for enhanced rest and sleep
